How to Book your Reservation
You can make an enquiry by email, or by phone. We usually take bookings of two days or more. This is due to me, trying to do my bit, for ‘saving the planet’ - Green Policy. Please call to discuss this with us, if this doesn’t quite fit with your plans and we will see what we can do for you.

Children and Dogs
Well-behaved children over 12 are very welcome. Quiet, well-behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement in one of the Bedrooms and an extra cleaning charge of £10, per dog, will be levied. Dogs are not allowed on the furnishings.

Booking and Deposits
Your reservation is made with Wendy Carr, trading as Home Hall Bed & Breakfast and represents a contract between us.

We will require a deposit, of the equivalent of one night’s stay, to secure your booking which is payable by Credit/Debit Card or cheque.

Cancellations
If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a £15 admin fee.

If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required for any nights that we are not able to re-let.

By entering into this contract you are authorising us to make the charges as detailed above, to your card without any additional consent being required.

Evening Meals
At Home Hall we do offer 2-course and 3-course evening meals. These may be ordered at the time of booking, or 24 hours in advance, as our main ingredients are bought in fresh from our local Organic suppliers. Occasionally we may be able to provide an evening meal on the day of your arrival. So, if you would prefer to stay in for the evening, just ask, on arrival, but please don’t be offended if we are not able to.

Paying the balance of your bill
On leaving, you may settle your bill with a personal Credit or Debit Card, Cheque, Travellers Cheque or cash.

Checking In and Checking Out
Check-In time is between 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Fresh cream teas will be served on your arrival between 4.00pm and 5.00pm. It would be helpful if you could let us know if you are likely to arrive after 6.00pm (or if you are held up in traffic on your arrival day) particularly if you have ordered the optional Evening Meal.  

Check-Out is by 10:30am to enable us to prepare the room for incoming guests.

Arrival and Car Parking
On arriving at Home Hall, please pull onto the gravel driveway. For your safety, you may wish to reverse onto the drive and park in front of the garage. If you are first to arrive, please park on the right, close to the wall. Please ask if you need help removing your luggage from your car boot/trunk and carrying to your room.

We do not accept responsibility for your car & contents while at our premises.

 

May we remind you that Home Hall is a completely non-smoking establishment and failure to comply with this will incur extra cleaning and possibly an extra room charge, whilst the room is out of service.
