Open fires, matches, electrical equipment, cooking.

 

Visitors to our B&B, particularly the elderly, disabled and young children.

 

Matches are kept out of reach of children, fire guards are used on the fires, electrical equipment is checked visually, most electrical goods are turned off when not in use.

 

 

Downstairs doors and windows are closed at night, and when unoccupied. Smoke alarms fitted and tested. Fire drill proceedure is in place.
